内容简介
部分写我国器官移植事业改革的背景情况；部分主要写改革中的政策法规括伦理）建设，第三部分主要写工作体系（器官捐献与移植五个体系），按照发展报告本年度的数据为依据撰写，第四部分主要写器官移植事业交流合作，第五部分是大事记，时间从2005年开始，要以政策大事件为主线，技术创新大事件可考虑放在工作体系中。其中，器官捐献意愿调查报告可作为附件。
